With the popularity of Internet Finance and mobile payment,people's demand for ATM machines is decreasing,while the demand for intelligent devices in bank outlets' transformation is increasing.Under the influence of national policies,in order to prevent risks,the localization of domestic financial equipment is becoming more and more obvious,which leads to a large number of second and third-line producers participating in the industry competition and increasing the competitive pressure of the industry.At the same time,in order to obtain more benefits in the domestic market,most other countries adopt the way of joint venture with domestic producers for production.In the industry,the way of reducing price is basically adopted to obtain competitive advantage,which greatly reduces the average profit of the industry.In the face of increasingly complex domestic and international environment,as a leading enterprise in this industry,Radio and Television Express Company has also been seriously hit,production and operation are facing huge pressure,and enterprise development has been seriously affected.Therefore,in order to maintain healthy development,Radio and Television Express Companymust analyze the market competition environment,clarify its market position,and actively take effective measures to improve Its market competitiveness.This paper takes the market competitiveness of Radio and Television Express Company as the research object,discusses the current situation and difficulties of its market competitiveness,analyzes its competitive position in the industry by using "the five force model",and on this basis,selects and constructs the market competitiveness evaluation indexes by using the literature analysis method and Delphi method,and finally constructs five first-class indexes and 23 second-class indexes.The paper selects 10 internal experts who are familiar with the situation from the Radio and Television Express Company,designs the index weight with the help of analytic hierarchy process,and calculates its market competitiveness through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the market competitiveness of the company is 77.01 points,which belongs to the "medium" level.This paper analyzes the impact indicators of its market competitiveness,and according to the actual situation of the Radio and Television Express Company,puts forward improvement strategies from five aspects:organizational management ability,R&D innovation capability,marketing ability,information construction ability and financial core ability,so as to promote the market competitiveness of the company,which is of great practical significance for the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
