A Study On The Supply Of Public Parking Spaces Around Primary And Secondary Schools In Tongliao City

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China's urbanization level and the continuous growth of urban population,the total number of automobiles in China has been rising and has become a world power in automobile ownership under the strong support of national policies.As a result,the pressure on the supply of public parking facilities in cities is increasing.In particular,the supply of public parking facilities around the campus is seriously insufficient,and the universalization of campus transportation brings great pressure to the supply of public parking Spaces around the campus.Even in tongliao,a fourth-tier city in a remote minority region in the northeast,the problem of the supply of public parking Spaces around the campus is prominent.Based on the theory of public goods,this paper takes the supply of public parking Spaces around tongliao campus as the research object to explore the reasons for the management of public parking Spaces around tongliao campus.Based on the investigation and analysis of the parking situation around the primary and middle schools in tongliao city,it is found that the public parking Spaces around the campus are in short supply.The existing planned parking space can not meet the actual needs.There are traffic jams at the gate of the campus,many traffic violations and serious traffic safety hazards.According to the questionnaire survey of parents' pickup behavior in tongliao city,it can be found that the contradiction between parking demand and parking space supply is prominent,the pickup behavior structure is unreasonable,the parents' awareness of regulation is weak,the traffic management around the campus is insufficient,and so on.On the basis of investigation and analysis,this paper tries to provide some primary and middle school campus parking supply and demand tension surrounding the improvement countermeasures,in line with the concept of open sharing,the science of time effectively meet the sustainable supply of public parking space planning,building personal safety of the transportation environment,advancing quality education resources equalization layout,into the intelligent facilities,thought of the comprehensive administration of small and medium-sized cities to promote public traffic environment can be reference for advice.
