Research On Effect Improvement Of Geographical Indications Of Agricultural Products In Anhui Province

Geographical indications are considered to be certification of the quality of products of origin,As a collective attestation,it is protected by law,Agricultural products quality has the characteristics of typical hidden inside,Application for geographical indication is a very effective way for the development of agricultural product branding.Application for geographical indications is of positive significance for agricultural products.Because of this,registration of geographical indications for agricultural products is very active everywhere.However,the use of geographical indications for agricultural products is not efficient after registration.Geographical indications are not used or underused,Existence of fraudulent use of geographical indications for agricultural products.This paper studies the performance of low efficiency in the use of geographical indications of Anhui agricultural products,Analysis of its causes,By reviewing the case of better development of geographical indications at home and abroad,Explore ways to improve the efficiency of the use of geographical indications for agricultural products,Explore ways to improve the efficiency of the use of geographical indications for agricultural products,Research methods such as literature analysis method,quantity research method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method,etc..The major studies and results completed are summarized below:(1)Obtain the list of registered agricultural product geographical indications and related information from the Bureau of Industry and Commerce,the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Administration of Quality Supervision and Quarantine,Remove Duplicate Registration,As of December 31,2017,the number of geographical indications registered in Anhui Province was 179.(2)There are many kinds of geographical indications products in Anhui Province.In terms of regional distribution,there is a large gap in the number of geographical indications registered between cities in the province.From the perspective of industrial development,the development gap between different industries is large.(3)The use of geographical indications for agricultural products in Anhui Province is inefficient.Expression:Reregistration of geographical indications and inconvenience of management;Agricultural products without obvious geographical characteristics and poor industrial base also apply for geographical indications.Not used or underused after registration of geographical indications for agricultural products;Existence of fraudulent use of geographical indications for agricultural products(4)The most important thing about geographical indications is reputation.Protecting the reputation of geographical indications requires consistent and stable output of product quality,this requires complete control of the product from production to sales.
