Research On Risk Evaluation And Monitoring Of Internet Public Opinion For Garlic Industry

With the advent of the Internet informatization era,online public opinion has gradually become a hot topic.Its impact on the agricultural industry cannot be ignored.Analysis of the garlic industry's online public opinion and analysis of the risk assessment are of great significance for avoiding the adverse impact of the network public opinion risk on the industry.In the opinion of the agricultural network,the garlic industry has the problems of difficult industrial information exchange and opaque information,which leads to a vicious information game between various interest groups.It greatly aggravates the phenomenon of sharp fluctuations in garlic prices and is not conducive to the long-term links of the industrial chain Stable development.After collecting the complicated online public opinion of the garlic industry,how to analyze the risks contained in the network public opinion from the complex data has played an important role in government supervision and corporate regulation.The garlic industry network public opinion risk assessment has become a more urgent need,so this article carried out research.The specific research content and results of this article are as follows:(1)Construction of garlic public opinion risk evaluation model.This article aims at the problem of online public opinion risk caused by the opaque information of the garlic industry.Through combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign network public opinion risk evaluation literature,it has constructed 4 unique indicators and 15 secondary indicators for the unique field characteristics of the garlic industry.This article describes each index in detail.In this study,an analytic hierarchy process was used to construct a network public opinion risk evaluation model for garlic products.(2)Network public opinion information collection and keyword feature extraction.This article aims to solve the problem of lack of field analysis accuracy in Chinese word segmentation and keyword extraction technology.The article uses network public opinion information collection technology for data preparation,and combines the unique theme characteristics of the garlic industry field to form an industry theme dictionary,using natural The language processing method is used to extract the word segmentation andkeyword features of the public opinion document for the garlic industry,and form an online public opinion analysis method for the garlic theme.(3)Research and development of garlic public opinion risk assessment system.This article combines the risk evaluation model and garlic subject network public opinion analysis method.The article develops and implements the network public opinion risk assessment system of the garlic industry.Through the system research and development technology and data visualization technology,the research and development of public opinion risk assessment system including functional modules of risk public opinion overview,early warning,statistical analysis and other functions are completed.Through several field surveys of the garlic industry and research on the big data platform of the garlic industry chain,this article has carried out explorations on the garlic industry's network public opinion in terms of research on the construction method of risk assessment models,network public opinion analysis technology and system research and development technology.The article constructs a network public opinion risk evaluation model.In the public opinion analysis,the technology including information collection and preprocessing,text feature extraction methods are used to extract keyword characteristics of the network public opinion text.The research combined with system development related technology has realized the development of the garlic industry network public opinion risk evaluation system.
