The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Sustainable Development On Rural Financial Organizations In Hubei Province

Hubei Province is a large agricultural province in central China,and the sustainable development of its rural financial organizations plays an important role in promoting its development of rural economy.For promoting the development of inclusive finance,a series of measures such as "financial service grid" have been adopted to promote the reform and development of the rural financial organizations in Hubei Province.However,due to the backward economic development of rural areas and the limited government’s support for the rural financial organizations in Hubei Province,there are some issues appeared during Hubei rural financial organizations’ development process,such as lack of financing channels,high transaction costs and weak resistance,etc..These problems have seriously hindered the sustainable development of Hubei rural financial organizations as well as greatly affected the development of the rural economy.Thus,it is of great significance to realize the sustainable development of Hubei rural financial organizations by finding out the influencing factors of Hubei rural financial organizations’ sustainable development and proposing targeted countermeasures and suggestions.On the background of inclusive finance,based on the data published by Hubei Financial Yearbook,this paper analyzes the current situation and the dilemma of Hubei rural financial organizations.After that,selecting the relevant panel data of Hubei rural financial organizations from 2010 to 2014,this paper takes the China Agricultural Development Bank Hubei Branch and Agricultural Bank of China Hubei Branch as an example to analyze the relevant factors of sustainable development of Hubei rural financial organizations through empirical analysis method.Finally,by drawing lessons from the advanced experiences on the development of rural financial organization in developed countries and developing countries,combined with the actual situation of Hubei rural financial organizations,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of Hubei rural financial organizations.
