With the full popularity of mobile Internet and smart mobile terminals,the development of domestic mobile social products take on prosperous scene in recent years.Socialization and mobility have become two irreversible trends in the development of Internet in China.The rise of social networks has changed the way people live and communicate,and has changed the way people seek jobs.Social networks are becoming a new way to find jobs.At the same time,social elements incorporated into traditional recruitment platform to enhance user experience and interaction to enhance user experience and interaction.However,with the continuous improvement of people's demand for jobs,the role of job platform is no longer limited to providing a bridge between job seekers and enterprises.Today is an era of information integration,and the inefficient circulation of information will bring a lot of invalid work.The continuous development of people's job-hunting demand promotes the development of the platform,and the increase of employment pressure also makes the user demand constantly change,The job search platform should focus on meeting the users' needs throughout the job search process,and provide targeted services for the increasing needs of users at the same time,and establish a reasonable application service system.Therefore,this paper combines one-stop service and socialization with the services provided by the job search platform,combined with the user experience TAM model to explore a series of factors that influence job seekers to accept a one-stop social job search platform.Based on the in-depth mining of the existing job platform and the needs of the target population,summarizing user needs,and exporting user acceptance behavior influencing factors model.The priority ranking of influencing factors is carried out by Kano model,and a one-stop social job platform is designed for the target population,Finally,summarize the research and design experience to provide theoretical support for the development of one-stop social job platform.
