In the increasingly fierce competition environment,"transformation" and"reform" has become the "focus" and "difficult point" in the management of banks,the major banks are in line with this trend and trend,from strategic design to internal implementation of all aspects of actively explore in line with their own characteristics of the new way of business model.The balanced scorecard divides the vision and strategic objectives of the enterprise development in the four dimensions associated with each other,combines the comprehensive scientific performance evaluation system formed by financial and non-financial indicators,and evaluates the commercial banks comprehensively in the four dimensions with the financial,customer,internal process and learning and innovation.It is of great signi ficance to avoid the one-sidedness and the problem of separation strategy which can effectively avoid the traditional performance evaluation.This paper mainly adopts the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative,first of all,to clarify the concept of balanced scorecard,and to explain and explain the content framework,core concept and function characteristics of the balanced scorecard,and secondly,to analyze the operating characteristics of commercial banks,and to clarify its main business and operating characteristics.Find out the traditional performance appraisal tools of commercial banks on the basis of combing,find out the shortcomings of the existing methods through the concrete analysis,and find out the main problems faced by commercial banks' performance evaluation.According to the characteristics of the banking industry itself,the structure of the balanced scorecard is designed in the performance management system of commercial banks,on the basis of studying the necessity and feasibility of the balanced credit card,the application law of the balanced scorecard should be excavated from the history of CITIC Bank's L-score,its development history,performance management practice and the existing problems and challenges.Analysis of the specific application and implementation of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation program,find out the problems still existing in the 1 branch application process,and combine their own experience and research level,from the perspective of the whole line strategy to give relevant improvement recommendations.And at the end of the article,it puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of the balanced scorecard in commercial banks and the measures in the process of implementation,and finally perfect the model design of the balanced scorecard.
