Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures In The Improvement Of Rural Living Environment In Fenghuang Town, Shapingba Distric

The improvement of living environment is the focus of current rural work.Its improvement quality is directly related to the quality of life of rural people,and then affects the promotion quality of Rural Revitalization Strategy.However,affected by many factors,the simple and extensive model adopted in the process of rural residential environment remediation has affected the remediation effect and has become a key factor restricting the economic and environmental development of rural areas.Therefore,this paper selects Fenghuang town as the research object,investigates the current situation of human settlement environment in the town in the form of field investigation and visit,understands the current situation and problems of human settlement environment renovation,and then puts forward the countermeasures that can be taken,so as to provide a reference basis for the renovation of human settlement environment in Fenghuang town.By analyzing the current situation of rural residential environment in Fenghuang Town,this paper understands the natural environment and economic development level of Fenghuang town.At present,Fenghuang town has achieved certain results in beautiful rural construction,garbage collection and transportation,rural toilet transformation,domestic sewage treatment,village appearance treatment and so on.At the same time,there are also many problems,such as the gap between the effect of human settlements improvement and the goal,the insufficient participation of human settlements improvement subjects,the insufficient understanding of waste classification,the imperfect technology and mechanism of the whole system,and the reconstruction of light management.The reasons for the problems are insufficient overall coordination,insufficient publicity and mobilization,lagging rural planning work,lack of subjectivity of village organizations and villagers,and insufficient government investment.In order to further improve the renovation quality of rural residential environment in Fenghuang Town,the promotion strategies that can be adopted include: strengthening the implementation of responsibilities,coordinating and promoting,strengthening publicity,giving full play to the exemplary role of Party members,adhering to planning guidance,building a scientific planning system,strengthening guidance,innovating incentive methods,actively seeking funds,paying equal attention to infrastructure construction and construction management,and improving the long-term mechanism.
