In order to effectively integrate social manufacturing resources,improve resource utilization,reduce manufacturing costs,and respond to market demands faster,networked manufacturing has become a new manufacturing model.At present,the research results of networked manufacturing are mainly concentrated on the research of production management goals,production performance evaluation,manufacturing resource allocation,production floor layout,and radio frequency identification technology.As one of the core problems of networked manufacturing,the optimal allocation of manufacturing resources in a networked discrete manufacturing environment will have a direct impact on the costs and benefits of production and operation.To this end,this article has conducted in-depth research on the optimization of manufacturing resources allocation for networked discrete manufacturing enterprises.The main research contents and results are as follows.(1)The basic theories related to the optimal allocation of networked discrete manufacturing resources are studied.First of all,the definition of networked manufacturing,the definition of networked discrete manufacturing,and the research focus of networked discrete manufacturing are discussed,and the characteristics and types of manufacturing resources are classified.Then,the characteristics and optimization of networked discrete manufacturing resources are analyzed.Optimized resource allocation strategy;Finally,based on the above,the general process of optimal allocation of networked discrete manufacturing resources is given.(2)Aiming at the problem of primary selection of manufacturing resources in networked discrete manufacturing enterprises,a method of primary selection of manufacturing resources based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and gray correlation analysis method was proposed.First,the manufacturing information collection of the networked discrete manufacturing process,the attribute definition and application of manufacturing information are introduced;then,a combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and gray correlation analysis method is used to screen the rough set of candidate manufacturing resources to obtain candidate manufacturing Finally,taking the production order of machine tool assembly company A as an example,the resource preliminary selection method described in this article is used to perform preliminary selection of its manufacturing resources in the networked discrete manufacturing environment.(3)Aiming at the optimization of manufacturing resources of networked discrete manufacturing enterprises,a two-level optimization model is proposed with the time,quality,and cost of customer orders as constraints,and the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and maximizing corporate benefits.First,the Kano model is used to divide customer needs into basic needs,expectation requirements,and excitement requirements.Second,the quality function deployment model is used to establish a quality house to convert customer needs into engineering characteristics and establish customer satisfaction functions.Based on the characteristics of the economic benefits of the enterprise,a distributed kernel algorithm is adopted to establish the economic benefit function of the enterprise;further,considering the constraints of quality,cost,and time,a multi-objective function of customer satisfaction and customized economy of the enterprise is established;finally,machine tool assembly The production order of enterprise A is taken as an example.The resource preliminary selection method described in this article is used to optimize the manufacturing resources in its networked discrete manufacturing environment.Taking small and medium batch custom manufacturing enterprises as the research object,according to the manufacturing resource allocation optimization process in the networked discrete manufacturing environment,the pre-selection,preliminary selection and optimization of manufacturing resources are studied to form a complete manufacturing resource optimization allocation route.The aim is to solve the problem of optimized allocation of manufacturing resources for networked discrete manufacturing enterprises,so as to realize the scientific and reasonable manufacturing resources,improve the interests of both enterprises and customers,and provide important guidance and application reference for discrete manufacturing enterprises to optimize the allocation of resources.
