As a new manufacturing model,cloud manufacturing adopts the concept of “manufacturing as a service” and combines the information resources of the Internet of Things and cloud computing to describe and encapsulate complex and varied service resources,thereby realizing efficient configuration and utilization of manufacturing services and requirements.The complexity,diversity,and dispersion of cloud manufacturing resources make it impossible to accurately match manufacturing services and requirements in cloud manufacturing platforms.Therefore,how to match complex and varied manufacturing services with user needs has become one of the key technologies for the rapid promotion and application of cloud manufacturing.In this paper,the matching of manufacturing services and requirements is further studied based on the relevant research on matching of cloud manufacturing resource service.Firstly,this paper presents the issues that need to be solved in this paper through the analysis of the research status of cloud manufacturing,formal description of manufacturing resources,and the matching of manufacturing resources.Secondly,this paper focuses on the characteristics of cloud manufacturing,researches and classifies cloud manufacturing resources,and abstractly describes information on cloud manufacturing resources,buliding cloud manufacturing resource information models including cloud manufacturing resource names,cloud manufacturing resource service information,cloud manufacturing information,and soft support information by highlighting the service attributes of cloud manufacturing resources.On the basis of this,the paper established ontology of cloud manufacturing resources,and then formally described the ontology for subsequent matching of manufacturing resources.Thirdly,through the research,it is found that the formal description of manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacturing environment is only based on the fine-grained resource basis,and virtual manufacturing unit in cloud manufacturing(VMU-CM)is not formally described.Therefore,this paper uses ontology technology to establish VMU-CM ontology on the basis of the proposed VMU-CM relationship model,then describes the VMU-CM by formal description and the OWL-based description.Finally,this paper studies the matching issues of cloud manufacturing resources and service requirements based on the formal description and the description based on OWL of cloud manufacturing resources and VMU-CM.The paper proposes a name similarity algorithm for manufacturing resources,aiming at the problem that the previous matching algorithm is not practical for matching cloud manufacturing services and requirements,and according to the characteristics of name phrases of cloud manufacturing services.Then based on the the proposed name similarity algorithm,the similarity of attributes is used to match manufacturing resources.
