Research On China's Poverty Targeting In The Post-2020

As a major problem that restricts the development of the world,poverty has always been concerned by many countries.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China has explored the governance of poverty.From relief poverty alleviation in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China to development poverty alleviation after the reform and opening up,and then to targeted poverty alleviation since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,China has embarked on a path of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics.Over the past 70 years,the incidence of poverty in China has been greatly reduced,and the number of people living in poverty has been greatly reduced.At present,China is in a decisive period to win the battle against poverty.However,this does not mean that the poverty problem in China will be completely solved after 2020.As a dynamic and objective phenomenon,poverty still exists.This paper focuses on the analysis of the new poverty problems after the completion of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020,and sorts out the basis,dimension and value of aiming.Firstly,this paper studies the basis of poverty targeting in post-2020 China from both theoretical and practical aspects.In theory,it mainly expounds the change of poverty targeting in China from connotation,standards and strategies.The practical aspects are mainly discussed from the achievements of China's poverty alleviation work and the challenges that China will face in poverty targeting after 2020.Secondly,based on the targeting problem,the author further conducts in-depth research on poverty targeting in post-2020 China from five dimensions of strategy,standard,population,region and direction.Finally,the paper studies the value of poverty targeting in post-2020 China,which is divided into theoretical and practical significance.The theoretical significance is to deepen the understanding of China's poverty alleviation work and enrich the poverty management strategy.The practical significance is to build China's image as a big country in the world,to provide Chinese wisdom and solutions for international poverty reduction,and to help build a community with a Shared future for mankind.
