Computer,communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry is a key part of the national economy,which plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing and improving the quality of China's economic development.In recent years,with China's economic development entering the new normal,computer,communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry has entered the transformation period of innovation and upgrading to compete for high-end market.Therefore,more and more enterprises choose to implement equity incentive plan to reduce agency cost,improve corporate governance and R&D output,so as to improve corporate performance and enhance core competitiveness.Goertek is a listed high-tech enterprise.By studying the implementation of equity incentive,it can provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry that have not implemented equity incentive.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant literature of equity incentive at home and abroad,and expounds the relevant concepts and basic theories of equity incentive.Secondly,it introduces the status of Goertek 's shares and its equity incentive..Thirdly,based on the relevant data of Goertek from 2011 to 2019,the first is to analyze the growth ability,profitability,operation ability and solvency of Goertek before and after the implementation of equity incentive by selecting financial indicators;the second is to analyze the R&D ability,staff structure,risk control and honor of Goertek before and after the implementation of equity incentive by selecting non-financial indicators,combined with the above analysis results to summarize the implementation effect of equity incentive of Goertek.Finally,combined with the above research results,the paper puts forward targeted improvement suggestions for the problems existing in the implementation of equity incentive in Goertek,and improves the implementation effect of equity incentive by selecting diversified incentive mode,formulating scientific performance evaluation indicators,setting reasonable exercise conditions and setting reasonable exercise price.Through the above research,we hope to improve the scientificity of the equity incentive plan of Goertek,to achieve the best incentive effect,and to provide reference for the electronic equipment manufacturing enterprises that have not implemented the equity incentive plan.
