The Research On The Influence Of Social Capital On Entrepreneurship Of Social Entrepreneurs

Faced with the complexity and diversity of social development,a single business entrepreneurship has been unable to meet people's diverse needs.In order to meet the development needs of the times,in recent years,“social entrepreneurship” has entered the public's field of vision.Entrepreneurship plays a pivotal role.This paper introduces the theory of "social capital" and analyzes how social entrepreneurs seek and use social capital in their entrepreneurial process,and what role social capital plays in their entrepreneurship.This is not only to explore the role of social capital in its entrepreneurship,but also has an important value to analyze the operation of social capital.This article conducted a survey on social capital of 35 social service agencies in Shandong Province and found that social capital runs through the process of social entrepreneurship.The specific functions are: firm social entrepreneurs' action ability,effective resource integration,and the formation of service brands.However,the research in this article finds that social capital not only has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial process,but also has a negative impact on some social entrepreneurs during their entrepreneurial process,mainly manifested in the disadvantage of the formation of a good social atmosphere and the breeding of "advocating rights,authority first" "Psychology and loss of fairness in social entrepreneurship.This paper uses literature research methods,indepth interview methods and participation observation methods to analyze the causes of social capital's impact on the process of social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship,and proposes countermeasures to enhance social entrepreneurs' ability to use social capital.Social entrepreneurs must realize the importance of social capital from the perspective of ideology.When using social capital,on the one hand,they must actively play the role of social capital and effectively obtain support in funds,information,and emotions;on the other hand,they must circumvent social capital.Negative impact,establish the correct three views,create a good social entrepreneurial environment,and create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere.
