Research On Financial Risk Control Of Internet And Related Service Industry

As a new industry,the Internet and related services industry,although meeting the increasing demand of Internet users and the strong support of the government,still exposed the problems of short life cycle and low risk aversion ability.*ST Fukong control is a new listed company in the online game software industry,but only in a few years,the company has gradually declined from vigorous development,and even appeared the risk of suspension of listing.So take*ST Fukong control as an example to study its financial risk and control.First of all,on the basis of literature research,this paper introduces the development of Internet and related service industry,analyzes the influencing factors of financial risk,and combines the characteristics of the industry to carry out case analysis.From the aspects of financing risk,investment risk and capital operation risk,this paper identifies the financial risk of*ST Fukong control,and then evaluates and studies the possibility of bankruptcy faced by*ST Fukong control based on Z-value model and F-score model.It summarizes the existence of poor financing ability,weak solvency,unreasonable investment decision-making of managers,imperfect internal control system and financial management system,the financial risk problems of imperfect receivables management system,single business scope and product structure,and insufficient high-tech talent reserve.Finally,the paper puts forward feasible and suggestive control measures,including improving the internal control system of the enterprise,improving the financial management system and enhancing the adaptability to the financial risk environment of the Internet and related service industries Noodles.
