With the continuous strengthening of economic construction,China's financial system tends to improve,the domestic financial institutions growing demand for external development.In this context,the country for foreign financial institutions to lower the threshold of entry,although to a certain extent active domestic financial industry,but also intensified the domestic financial market competition.Among them,the performance evaluation system of financial institutions is seriously mismatched with its own actual development.It is imperative to reform the performance evaluation system of China's financial institutions to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition environment.This article is based on this background.The balanced scorecard is an effective tool of enterprise evaluationt,which has obvious effect after being used in different enterprises.This article attempts to integrate the balanced scorecard into a special company,a commercial bank.In this paper,we take the M branch of A bank as the research object to study the current status of its performance evaluationt.Through to its present performance evaluationt condition research analysis,And the relevant literature at home and abroad to learn about the use of balanced scorecard in commercial banks,to understand the status of the use of balanced scorecard in commercial banks,and combining M branch's performance evaluationt status to find its performance evaluationt.Existing problems,find the cause of the problem from the four aspects of performance index setting,performance assessment,performance coaching and communication,and employee motivation.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the balanced scorecard in the M sub-branch of bank A,And,in view of the M sub-branch performance evaluationt exists the question,In this paper,M branch based on the balanced scorecard performance evaluationt optimization,And put forward the safeguard measure to optimize the performance evaluationt of M sub-branch.Safeguard measures:assessment system guarantee;organization guarantee;employee training guarantee.The research of M sub-branch performance evaluationt,it hopes to be able to provide some reference to the performance evaluation system of other commercial banks,And helps M branch to set up a new performance evaluation system quickly.For the commercial bank performance appraisal aspect research to make the contribution more richly.
