Studies Of The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of The Commerce And Trade Logistics Of Tieling City

With the rapid development of economy,business growing,the importance of the commerce and trade logistics will cause concern.In recent years,the Chinese government pay more attention to the commerce and trade logistics and increasing the investment of the commerce and trade logistics.Liaoning province and Tieling city also take corresponding measures to promote the development of the commerce and trade logistics.The economy development of Tieling city is relatively backward.The development of the commerce and trade logistics would enhance the liquidity,expand the market,inspire the potential of the economy in Tieling city.This article is divided into five parts.Firstly,the purpose of this dissertation is to provide the reference for the development of the commerce and trade logistics of Tieling city.Reviewed the literature at home and abroad comprehensively and put forward the research methods and innovations.Secondly,this paper expounds the basic concepts and the research achievements of the scholars;sum up the related basic concep and the development situation of the commerce and trade logistics and the effect of the government.Thirdly,according to the data of Tieling city in recent years,analysis of the fundamental problems are the unreasonable planning,small support,lack of person with ability,backward infrastructure.The reasons of these problems are insufficient emphasis,overall economic development lag behind,poor coordination of government,enterprise competitiveness is weak.Fourthly,in view of the problems and the reasons of Tieling city,proposed suggestions in the following four aspects.According to the concept of green logistics formulate reasonable planning,set up a working group and shaping some typical enterprises;set up special funds,formulating preferential policies to further strengthen for the commerce and trade logistics;speed up equipment,network and the other infrastructure construction,set up the talent training base,establishing talent incentive mechanism.Finally,summarizes the existing problems and countermeasures in the development of the commerce and trade logistics of Tieling city,and propose the exactly tactics for the development of Tieling city.
