Young employees are the most direct participants and executors in the business development of a commercial bank,and more and more young employees are entering the professional posts and management posts of the banks,whose thoughts,execution and creativity determine the current and future development momentum of a state-owned commercial bank.However,from the motivation of young employees,there are many phenomena in commercial banks such as increasing turnover of young employees and lack of clear career planning,etc,which fail to fully mobilize the motivation of young employees.Faced with the new normal of economy,the increasingly fierce horizontal competition and the vigorous development of the Internet finance,how does the traditional banking industry optimize motivation measures,stimulate the creativity of young employees,and drive the innovation and transformation of business has become an urgent matter of the human resource management in grass-roots banks.In this paper,the two-factor theory,one of the classical motivation theories,is chosen as the theoretical tool.Based on this theory,by comprehensively using various research methods such as literature analysis,interview research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper studies the motivation of young employees with the X branch of the Agricultural Bank of China as a case.Firstly,this paper combs the theories on motivation at home and abroad,expounds the research contents related to motivation,and explains the main motivation measures taken by the X branch of the Agricultural Bank of China for young employees.Secondly,through interview and questionnaire survey,this paper makes an analysis from the hygiene factors and motivation factors,and finds out the main problems existing in the motivation of young employees in the X branch of the Agricultural Bank of China,and also discusses the relevant reasons.Finally,the paper puts forward the measures for the effective implementation of motivation policies and safeguard policies for young employees in the bank,so as to promote the effective motivation of the young employees in X branch of the Agricultural Bank of China,and also provide the reference and the inspiration for other commercial banks.
