Incentive mechanism is a key component in the management of commercial banks and policy banks,but also an important part of human resources management and development in the financial sector.Agricultural Development Bank of China is in danger of losing experienced personnel,Especially youths backbone,and the fundamental reason causing the crisis is the staff incentive mechanism is not reasonable,this anomaly resulting in competent young staff dissatisfaction with their income levels,leading to high turnover rates in every department where they are most needed.In several modules of human resource management,the most complicated is how to improve the effective incentive mechanism,how to solve the negative emotions caused by the incentive mechanism,and thus maximize the excavation work of the staff enthusiasm,but also an urgent problem to be solved by the Agricultural Development Bank of China,In this kind of environment,the research on the improvement and optimization of the incentive mechanism of the Agricultural Development Bank of China is becoming more and more important.Based on the introduction of incentive theory,this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of the incentive mechanism in Hunan Agricultural Development Bank,and collects the first-hand information of the incentive mechanism of young employees in Hunan Agricultural Development Bank through questionnaire and in-depth interviews.After that,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the incentive mechanism of young employees in Hunan Agricultural Development Bank,and points out the improvement methods of improving the incentive mechanism of young employees,which is optimizing and standardizing the salary structure,establishing the fair and standardized promotion mechanism,implementing the career development plan,improving the training mechanism,improving the working environment and other non-material incentive methods.Then,on the basis of those research,this paper illustrates the methods to improve those scheme of the incentive mechanism for the young employees in Hunan Agricultural Development Bank.In view of this situation,this article has discussed a lot of problems in the development process of Hunan Agricultural Development Bank.In order to solve the problem in incentive mechanism in Hunan Agricultural Development Bank,we provide several practical development proposals for improving incentive mechanism of young employees in Hunan Agricultural Development Bank.
