As China's economic development enters a new phase,economic growth has slowed down,competition in the financial industry has become increasingly fierce,state-owned commercial banks' operating risks have become increasingly greater,profit growth has continued to shrink,and the loss of talents,especially the loss of young talents,has seriously hindered the sustainable development of Banks.In order to gain strategic advantages in the fierce competition for talents,banks must optimize and improve human resources management and strengthen incentive measures.How to deeply understand the actual needs of young employees,give full play to the work enthusiasm of young employees,enhance the sense of belonging and recognition of young employees,and formulate effective incentive strategies have become an important issue for the management of human resources of state-owned commercial banks.This article takes the young employees of the ED sub-branch as the research object.Based on the characteristics of the young employees,from the perspective of human resource management,the current incentive system of the ED sub-branch is analyzed.And according to analysis of the problem,the incentive system for Banks is optimized.The article believes that the ED sub-branch needs to improve the incentive system of the sub-branch from the following aspects: transforming incentive concepts,improving compensation management strategies,constructing a reasonable career planning system,optimizing employee training systems,improving corporate culture management.
