| With the continuous development of the economy,China’s real estate finance is developing rapidly,and the corresponding laws and regulations are inconsistent with the actual changes.This is not conducive to the improvement of the risk prevention and control level and effectiveness of China’s major banks.In order to pursue huge profits,the Rural Commercial Bank has blindly launched the real estate loan business,which has led to a large number of problems.The risk of the real estate industry has been aggravated by the impact of the "Regulations on Adjusting the Personal Housing Loan Policy" and the stringent intensive regulatory policies issued by the China Banking Regulatory Commission to prevent bank credit funds from flowing into real estate.Therefore,for banks,it is necessary to strengthen the control and effectiveness of real estate credit business risks.Based on the case of real estate credit risk and theoretical research,this paper analyzes the current situation of real estate credit of K Rural Commercial Bank and points out that the main real estate credit risks of Rural Commercial Bank are credit risk and operation.Risks and policy risks,and a detailed analysis of the problems and problems in the real estate credit risk management of Rural Commercial Bank.This study analyzes these problems and explores the root causes of the problems,and proposes a plan to improve the real estate credit risk management.It supplements and improves the bank’s current risk management system and internal control system,and introduces advanced risk assessment methods.The scoring model establishes a risk assessment system and a loan customer credit rating system,improves the assessment mechanism,and strengthens employee compliance awareness training and other specific measures to strengthen the feasibility of the program,thereby improving the effectiveness of risk management.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the risk management plan of this design and to obtain a more accurate use effect,the corresponding safeguard measures and application effect evaluation measures are proposed.Finally,the full text is summarizedBased on empirical analysis,this study studies the real estate credit risk,which can provide a theoretical basis for the bank’s real estate credit risk management.It also provides a reference for the management of Rural Commercial Bank and other banks,which is beneficial to the study.Improve the bank’s asset efficiency,promote the healthy development of China’s real estate industry,maintain economic stability and the security of the financial system. |
