| Since the reform and opening up,China has entered a period of rapid development,especially after entering the 21 st century,it has officially entered a new era of development,and emerging technologies and products have begun to gradually integrate into people's lives and social development.With the continuous improvement of people's consumption level,the demand for products is getting higher and higher.As an important pillar related to the national economy and people's livelihood,agriculture has gradually penetrated into the secondary and tertiary industries along with the development of science and technology,and provided industrial integration for rural areas.The foundation.From 2015 to 2020,the National Central Document No.1 of each year has emphasized the importance of rural industrial integration,and made deployment and requirements.Henan Province,as a large traditional agricultural province in China,attaches great importance to the quality and development progress of industrial integration in rural areas.In the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",it was explicitly proposed that it should be based on the basic status quo of Henan Province and vigorously promote it.Development of industrial integration.In addition,in 2016,the provincial government also issued the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Integration and Development of Rural One,Two,and Three Industries",stating that it is necessary to promote the development of industrial integration in rural areas through financial support and other aspects.Judging from the current actual situation,the level of rural industrial integration in Henan Province has gradually increased,but there are still problems such as a slowdown in the growth of farmers' income,a short agricultural industry chain,and an incomplete benefit linkage mechanism.And with the advent of the era of globalization,while providing opportunities for rural development,it is also facing more challenges.It is particularly important to improve the quality and speed of industrial integration.Judging from the current social background and research situation,although the theoretical research and analysis based on the country's rural industrial integration continue to increase,there are relatively few articles on the measurement of the level of rural industrial integration in Henan Province and its cities.perfect.Based on the current social background,this article is divided into six parts.First,itoutlines the research purpose and significance of rural industrial integration,and summarizes and analyzes the existing domestic and foreign literature.Then it defines the theory and concepts involved in this article.Based on the analysis of the supporting conditions,main features and existing problems of Henan Province,the status quo of its rural industry integration was selected,and a representative indicator system was selected based on actual conditions,extending from the agricultural industry chain,rural diversity,and urban-rural integration.Starting from the three aspects of farmers' socio-economic effects,the coefficient of variation method was used to evaluate and analyze Henan Province as a whole and eighteen prefectures.According to the evaluation results,it can be concluded that the level of industrial integration in Henan Province as a whole and in rural areas has generally increased,but there are still regional differences,and some indicators of individual regions have not fluctuated and dropped.Finally,some representative suggestions were extracted according to the conclusions,and the prospects and shortcomings were put forward.With regard to the research on industrial integration in rural areas,China still lags behind the major developed countries in the world,and is still in the stage of theoretical and connotative research.Empirical analysis and level measurement of Henan Province are still scarce,especially regarding There is almost no evaluation of the degree of industrial integration at the city level.This article chooses to start from the actual situation of industrial integration in Henan Province,and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to conduct a measurement analysis of the entire province and region of Henan Province.The six aspects of technology,new-type agricultural management subject,benefit association mechanism,extension of agricultural industrial chain and rural diversity put forward suggestions and countermeasures for rural industrial integration in Henan Province. |
