Research On The Evaluation Of Rural Industrial Integration Development In Guangdong Province

Guangdong thoroughly implements the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee,regards the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy as a strategic measure to solve the problem of imbalance and inadequacy,and realizes the"four in the forefront of the country".However,the development of the pearl river delta,western,eastern and northern regions in Guangdong province is unbalanced,and there are great differences between different regions in terms of economic foundation and industrial structure.Therefore,the efficiency,capability and potential of the integrated development of rural industries are also bound to be greatly different.In order to more accurately and objectively evaluate the efficiency and potential of the integration and development of rural industries in various regions in Guangdong Province,and to find an optimization path,this study combines the DEA-C~2R model with the super-efficiency DEA model to fully consider the economic impact of different regions in Guangdong Province.Fully considering the different regions of Guangdong province in such aspects as economic foundation,industrial structure,establish a set of more scientific and reasonable evaluation system of the fusion development efficiency of rural industry in Guangdong province,under the goals of increasing farmers'income,increasing agricultural efficiency,and rural prosperity("agriculture,rural areas and farmers")and the regional rural industry in the province of Guangdong integration development efficiency value,and carries on the comparison and analysis.The following conclusions are drawn.In an attempt to further explore the index factors in Guangdong as a whole and its various cities as the connection degree of rural industrial convergence development efficiency,effect,influence trend,by using the grey correlation model,ridge regression and quantile regression method to construct rural industrial convergence development factors affecting efficiency evaluation model.According to the evaluation results of the development efficiency of rural industrial integration in Guangdong Province and the analysis of the influencing factors of the development efficiency of rural industrial integration in Guangdong Province,the problems in the development of rural industrial integration in Guangdong are mainly reflected in the following four aspects:the overall efficiency of rural industrial integration and development is relatively low;the level of efficiency is unevenly distributed,and there are local imbalances;the development imbalance between urban and rural areas is insufficient.In response to the above four issues,put forward four policy suggestions:develop intensive agriculture and enhance innovation capabilities;promote the integration and development of rural industries in multiple measures and aspects;implement a differentiated responsibility mechanism,and provide support and help;develop shortcomings and achieve integrated urban and rural development.
