This paper studies the reform of cigarette marketing under the tobacco monopoly system.With the continuous development of the socialist economy and the market and the gradual integration of the world economy,the foundation and background conditions for industrial development have undergone tremendous changes,and many deep contradictions and problems have gradually emerged,and many new problems have also emerged.Market-oriented reform faces severe challenges.It is urgent for China's tobacco industry to implement the tobacco monopoly system,activate the reform and development through competition,introduce the market-oriented system and development mode,and utilize the advantageous role of market in allocating resources.This paper firstly defines and expounds the concepts related to tobacco monopoly system and market reform,and collects a large number of theoretical and practical data by comprehensively applying the theories and viewpoints of management science,industrial economics and other disciplines,and using literature research and case study.On this basis,this paper selected case J city tobacco monopoly bureau marketization reform research,points out that cigarette marketing existing in the market-oriented reform in J city brand cultivation level is not high,low quality of information collection,network construction lag,standardized management level is not high,poor marketing platform use,still need to strengthen the problem of talent training,deeply analyze the causes,and by combining based on the experience of the marketization of cigarette marketing at home and abroad,Come from brand cultivating ability,promote information acquisition ability,enhance the capacity of network construction,and create a good environment for consumption,improve marketing platform application level,strengthen the marketing management foundation six aspects conclusion,to push forward the reform of marketization of cigarette marketing and marketing for tobacco cigarette industry marketization reform provide theoretical support and practical guidance.
