Research On The Influence Of Agricultural Credit On Agricultural Output In Henan Province

Agriculture is the source of food and clothing and the basis of survival.It occupies an important position in human production and is an important cornerstone of the development of the national economy.The increasingly prominent "three rural" issues have caused a lot of attention.How to increase agricultural output,promote rural economic development,and increase farmers' income has become the top priority of the party and government.As a major agricultural province in China,Henan Province is rich in water and soil resources,and has formed a heavy agricultural culture and unique production technology in the long history of agricultural development,providing a unique natural environment and humanistic environment for the development of agriculture in Henan Province.In recent years,Henan Province has gradually expanded its investment in agricultural production,resulting in a certain increase in agricultural output,but it still cannot change the status of Henan agricultural output is below the national level.The main reason is that the Henan provincial government's investment in agricultural funds needs to be increased,agricultural development still faces the problem of insufficient funding.But agricultural credit can provide effective financial support for agricultural development,so that farmers have sufficient funds for agricultural production,which will inevitably have a certain impact on agricultural output.In view of this,this paper takes Henan Province as the research object to study the impact of Henan agricultural credit on agricultural output.First of all,this paper explains the background and significance of the article.Insufficient capital supply in rural areas of Henan Province requires financial institutions to invest heavily in agricultural credit to help Henan's agricultural economic transformation.Secondly,on the basis of sorting out domestic and foreign literatures,the concepts of agricultural credit and agricultural output are introduced,and related theories are also discussed.The mechanism of agricultural credit on agricultural output is analyzed from both direct and indirect aspects.Finally,a chart analysis method is used to provide an overall description of the current status of agricultural credit and agricultural output in Henan Province.It is found that the total amount of agricultural credit in Henan has increased year by year,but the proportion has declined in recent years;agricultural output continues to increase,but the internal agricultural structure still needs to be adjusted and optimized.In order to further analyze the extent of Henan agricultural credit's impact on agricultural output,this paper uses Eviews measurement software to construct a production function model for Henan Province's data from 1990 to 2017.Through unit root test and cointegration test,there is a long-term equilibrium between variables relationship,there is a significant positive correlation between agricultural credit and agricultural output,and Granger causality test analyzes the causal relationship between agricultural credit and agricultural output.In addition,this paper finds the relevant data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province,uses Stata software to perform regression analysis on the panel data of various cities in Henan Province,and selects a fixed-effect regression model for analysis by Hausman test.The impact of agricultural output is consistent with the overall impact of Henan Province,and has a significant positive correlation.In addition,the study also found that crop planting area,total power of agricultural machinery and agricultural fixed asset investment will also promote agricultural output to a certain extent.Finally,based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,combined with the actual situation of agricultural development in Henan Province,policy recommendations are proposed from the following four aspects: First,pay attention to the cooperation between the government and the market to improve the efficiency of credit fund allocation.The second is to establish a multi-level and extensive agricultural credit supply system to meet differentiated needs.The third is to support local industries and optimize the industrial structure.The fourth is to promote agricultural technological progress and improve agricultural production efficiency.The research in this paper enriches the theoretical system of agricultural credit to a certain extent,and also provides theoretical guidance for increasing agricultural output,in order to promote the agricultural credit of Henan Province to more effectively play the role of benefiting farmers and increasing production.
