An Empirical Analysis Of The Impact Of Agricultural Credit On Agricultural Output And Farmers' Income In Shaanxi Province

Agriculture has the foundational status of industry in the national economy,the nature of the industry not only determines the importance of solving the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",also directly affect the development of national economy as a whole and stability.In a long history Shaanxi province as a big agricultural province in the western region,have an advantage in terms of natural resources,but the advantages are not efficient used.It compared with the national average level and other provinces for agricultural development,rural economy and farmers' income still has a big gap.To promote the growth of rural economy and the improvement of farmers' income,the most important way is increasing capital investment,and investment mainly comes from the rural financial institutions credit in agriculture,so the research from the perspective of agricultural credit increase of agricultural production and farmers' income is very be necessary in Shanxi Province.This article for the descriptive statistical analysis of the present situation and problems of agricultural development of Shaanxi in order to improve the present situation analysis,the empirical part through the unit root test,cointegration test,Granger causality test,from 1992 to 2015 in Shaanxi province agricultural loans affect agricultural production and rural residents' income are analyzed respectively,the comprehensive theory and empirical analysis on the main conclusions:Shaanxi agricultural loans every 1%increase in investment,agricultural output will increase by 0.317%,the farmers' income will increase by 0.570%,our province agricultural loans to increase agricultural production and farmers' income.Based on the above in Shaanxi province agricultural credit for agricultural production and rural people's income,it can play a positive role in this paper,through analyzing the influence factors of the agricultural credit theory,combining the empirical analysis,through the multiple linear regression model analysis:Shaanxi province farmland area,per capita GDP have a positive impact to agricultural credit;total deposit-loan ratio is negatively related to the agricultural credit is relationship in rural urbanization level.Therefore increasing the agricultural credit,on the one hand cannot blindly to strengthen the process of urbanization,and savings and loan of financial institutions set up 75%of red line,on the other hand,a region's economic development level also has a significant influence on it.
