The problem of rural economic development has always been the top priority of my country's economic development, and the single income structure of farmers is an important reason for restricting rural economic development. In 2020,my country will achieve a complete eradication of poverty, encourage farmers to engage in non-agricultural industries, and increase farmers' income levels.Inclusive finance will play an important role in promoting this.Inclusive finance provides farmers with timely financial services, reduces the cost of financial services, and improves the rational allocation of financial resources in rural areas.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Financial Work Conference that it is necessary to build an inclusive financial system, strengthen financial services for small and micro enterprises, agriculture, rural areas and remote areas, promote targeted financial poverty alleviation, and encourage the development of green finance. In recent years,my country's industrialization and urbanization have developed rapidly, and the income structure of farmers has changed greatly.Although farmers account for a large proportion of agricultural income, the proportion of non-agricultural income has increased year by year, and the role of promoting farmers' income has increased. The development of inclusive finance can solve the problem of farmers' loan difficulties and provide necessary financial support for increasing farmers' non-agricultural income. It is of great significance to study the relationship between the development of inclusive finance and farmers' non-agricultural income. When studying the relationship between inclusive finance and farmers' non-agricultural income, there are differences among regions. As Henan Province is a large agricultural province, the development of rural areas is representative. Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the impact of the development of inclusive finance in Henan Province on farmers' non-agricultural income. This study first introduces the background and significance of the topic selection of the thesis, and on the basis of collating and analyzing relevant domestic and foreign documents,it explains the research ideas and methods of this article, and points out that this article is studying the development of inclusive finance and farmers' non-compliance.Innovations and shortcomings in the relationship betweenagricultural income.Secondly,it analyzes the related theories of inclusive finance and farmers 'non-agricultural income, mainly including financial exclusion theory and financial inclusion theory, credit rationing theory and transaction cost theory related to the development of inclusive finance. The factors affecting farmers' non-agricultural income are involved The dual economic theory, population mobility theory and human capital theory, and analyzed the four influence mechanisms of the development of inclusive finance on farmers' non-agricultural income. Then,on the basis of constructing an indicator system for the level of inclusive finance in Henan Province, using the calculation method of the coefficient of variation to assign weights, the overall level of inclusive finance development in Henan Province and the level of inclusive finance development in various cities in Henan Province were measured.According to the calculation results, the overall development of inclusive finance in Henan Province is good, showing an upward trend, but the level of development of inclusive finance in each city is different. At the same time,it analyzes the income structure of farmers in Henan Province, the overall non-agricultural income of farmers in Henan Province, and the current status of non-agricultural income of farmers in various cities in Henan Province. The non-agricultural income of farmers has grown rapidly and the overall income has increased. Finally, select the panel data of 17 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province from 2008 to 2017,conduct a descriptive analysis of the variable data, select the fixed effects model based on the F test and the Hausman test on the variable data, and use the eviews software to analyze Henan The relationship between the provincial inclusive finance development level and farmers' non-agricultural income is conducted through panel regression analysis, and the empirical regression results are analyzed. On the basis of the overall regression analysis of Henan Province,Henan Province is divided into three regions: Northern Henan,Central Henan, and Southern Henan, and the three regions are respectively subjected to regression analysis, and the regression results are compared. The robustness test of excluding the volatility year, the robustness test under the condition of increasing the control variables, and the robustness test of replacing the explained variables are carried out.The results of the robustness test are consistent with the previous regression results, indicating that the empirical model is relatively stable.According to the empirical results, the level of development of inclusive finance in Henan Province has a positive effect on farmers' non-agricultural income. The better the degree of inclusive finance, the greater the positive effect on farmers' non-agricultural income.Due to the uneven regionaleconomic development, there are differences in the level of inclusive finance development in various regions, and inclusive finance promotes farmers' non-agricultural income to different degrees.Among them, central Henan has the best economic development level.Inclusive finance in this area has a significant impact on farmers' non-agricultural income. It shows that in areas with better economic development, inclusive finance has a greater positive effect on farmers' non-agricultural income. The effect of the development of inclusive finance on farmers' non-agricultural income is mainly realized by promoting the development of rural finance, increasing farmers' savings and investment rate and improving farmers' ability to resist risks. To a certain extent, inclusive finance can also promote the optimization of rural industrial structure,so that rural industries can get rid of simplification, realize industrial innovation and development, improve farmers' enthusiasm for work, improve productivity in rural areas, and provide for the development of rural areas.Strong support.Based on the results of empirical analysis, suggestions are made to strengthen the reform of inclusive finance-related laws, rationally implement financial policies, improve rural financial services, establish an effective capital return mechanism, and develop financial institutions that adapt to the rural economy.
