Study On The Development Of The Integration Of Industries And Cities In Gansu Province

With the increasing level of urbanization in China,Urban problems are becoming more and more serious.In order to effectively relieve the pressure of urban development and promote the sustained and high-quality development of economy,China puts forward the development idea of the integration of industries and cities.Because Gansu Province is backward in development,the integration of industries and cities plays an important role in guiding the development of Gansu Province.The integration of industries and cities is a complex dynamic development process,city,industry and ecology should be coordinated to promote economic development Therefore,This paper constructs a composite evaluation system,based on the data of Gansu Province from 2009 to 2017.Firstly,this paper uses entropy method to calculate index weight,then builds a coupling model to evaluate the development level,finally,uses the software Gea Do to analyze the spatial differencesThe empirical results show that the development level of industry city integration in Gansu Province is low and the development trend is slow from 2009 to 2017.At the same time,the development gap between regions is obvious,and there is obvious positive spatial correlation.The spatial distribution pattern of industry city integration in Northwest Gansu Province is the highest,the development level of middle and Southeast Gansu Province is medium,and the development level of Southwest Gansu Province is the lowest.In terms of subsystem index,the characteristics of integrated development of industry and city in Gansu Province belong to the better ecological environment and urban construction development level,and the industrial development level is lagging behind,and the ecological environment index of Gansu Province is the highest,with an average value of 0.420,followed by the urban construction industry development index,with an average value of 0.338,while the industrial development index is the lowest,with an average value of 0.230.In the prediction and analysis of 2018-2020,the development trend of industry city integration in Gansu Province is good,and the development level of industry city integration in all regions of Gansu Province has developed by leaps and bounds.Finally,according to the empirical results,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the integrated development of water products in Gansu Province: Based on its own characteristics,strengthen the advantageous industries,supplement the weak industries;improve the urban infrastructure construction,improve the urban service capacity,attract the rural population,and improve the proportion of urban population;according to different urban development characteristics,select the key points of ecological environment protection,and continue to strengthen the ecological environment Environmental protection.
