| With the deepening development of China’s economic transformation and upgrading,the importance of knowledge and innovation is increasingly prominent.As an effective way to promote knowledge spillover and innovation development under the new situation,the collaborative innovation of industry,academia and research has significant importance for promoting the integration of regional innovation resources and optimizing industrial structure.Under the background of the new normal of the economy,cooperation between innovation subjects is more important in promoting high-quality economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the coupling and coordination mechanism of regional industry,academia and research innovation systems in China,comprehensively evaluate the coupling and coordination level of industry,academia and research innovation systems in various provinces and regions in recent years,explore the main influencing factors and future development prospects of the coupling and coordination level of regional industry,academia and research innovation systems,and provide reference for the collaborative innovation of industry,academia and research to help promote the development of China’s regional economy.Based on the above considerations,this thesis constructs an evaluation index system for the coupling and coordination degree of regional industry,academia and research innovation systems on the basis of analyzing the dynamic coupling and coordination mechanism of regional industry,academia and research innovation systems.Drawing on the basic idea of double weight comprehensive evaluation,the time weight is dynamically assigned to the coupling and coordination degree,and the dynamic comprehensive evaluation is carried out on the coupling and coordination development level of industry,academia and research innovation systems in 31 provinces and regions of China from 2012 to 2019.The Moran’s I index model is used to analyze the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of the coupling and coordination degree of regional industry,academia and research innovation systems in China,and the grey correlation analysis method is used to explore the influencing factors of the coupling and coordination degree of regional industry,academia and research innovation systems in China.In order to reflect the future trend of the development of regional industry,academia and research coupling and coordination in China,this thesis also uses the BP neural network model to predict and analyze the coupling and coordination degree of industry,academia and research in eastern,central,western and northeastern regions of China from 2020 to 2030.The research results indicate that the overall level of coupling and coordinated development of the regional industry-university-research innovation system in China has shown a fluctuating upward trend.However,when viewed by region,the eastern region has unique advantages,while there are gaps between the central,northeastern and eastern regions,and the western region lags redundant in dynamic development.The main influencing factors on the coupling and coordination degree of the regional industry-university-research innovation system vary significantly among regions at different stages of development and development status.According to the forecast results for 2020-2030,the coupling and coordination degree of the regional industry-university-research system still shows a development trend of eastern > central >northeastern > western regions,and the coupling and coordination development of the industryuniversity-research system in each region is showing a positive trend.Based on this,suggestions are proposed to improve the level of coupling and coordinated development of the regional industry-university-research innovation system in China. |
