Catering is the typical type of the third industry in our country,affected by economic policy,our country since reform and opening up policy,the catering industry have developed rapidly,the scale and quantity has become a service class support type industry,promote steady economic growth of the third industry in our country,especially entering new century,the restaurant industry by the traditional way of retail chain to the industry development gradually,become our country has broad prospects and competitive industry.With the development of modern information technology,all walks of life consciousness to realize the importance of network marketing,and actively pursue the network marketing new ways,new retail model is mainly refers to the combination of online and logistics management concept,new retail model is put forward to break the traditional single mode of marketing,sales for the enterprise to provide new ways and methods,to reduce enterprise stock and accumulation amount,improve the production efficiency,but also give people an important impact consumption concept and consumption demand,as the society rhythm speeding up,people pursue more and more convenient way of life,advocating simple life and efficiency of work mode,The emergence of new retail brings the new human with convenient life and great development prospect and market space.For catering enterprises,new retail model is put forward for the development of the catering enterprises bring opportunities and challenges,with the development of modern information technology,Internet + model has become the main direction of enterprise transformation,the catering industry in China is facing a turning point development important period,new retail model proposed by ma open new ways for catering industry development,based on the HS catering company management mode,structure type and so on in-depth analysis and exploration,points out that the new retail model in catering company developing new ways to regain vigor of catering industry in China.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature collection,data analysis and other research methods and combines with the mature theoretical system and experimental results at home and abroad to conduct in-depth analysis and Exploration on the management mode and structure type of HS catering company to point out the new way of the new retail mode in the development of catering company and to rejuvenate the vitality of catering industry in China.Through the analysis and demonstration,this paper draws the following main conclusions :(1)the competition management of HS catering company is still in the primary stage,with short-term characteristics.(2)the competition management of HS catering company has some problems,such as the management thinking is not open,the integration and application of big data is ignored,the supply of raw materials is not strictly controlled,and the market competition is not enough.(3)Under the circumstance of limited enterprise resources,if HS catering company wants to improve its core competitive advantage,it needs to give full play to the advantages of existing resources and gain more business benefits and market share as far as possible.
