In the catering industry,the traditional value of large in quantity,low in price and good in taste has been replaced by “instant international internet restaurant” phenomenon.It proves that the industry has moved into a new era and innovative ideas are highly required.In the future,the key factor of survival in the industry is to be more specified and vertical by realizing the survival concept of the new era and the key factor of development is to create an ecological circle around catering industry.In Chinese catering industry,“people regard food as their prime want.” It is also true in the internet era.The survival concept of new physical restaurants is “integration + volume”.The tools in Internet plus era is a double edged sword,which could bring you fruitful success and spread the management failure rapidly among customers.Therefore,it is a great challenge for managers and managers-to-be of restaurants that how to improve the current competition pattern in the internet plus era.Based on the analysis on the development of catering industry,the thesis takes Beijing Sea Breeze Catering Industry Management,Co,Ltd.as the object of research.On the basis of deep analysis on the political and economic environment and social environment,using SWOT analysis method,the thesis analyzes the merits and demerits of the company and proposes a development strategy for the company itself,which is to move out of the Red Sea of undesirable competition,head into the Blue Sea of desirable competition and eventually promotes the prosperous development of a healthy market of Chinese catering culture by using internet tools,carrying forward the spirit of ingenuity.
