The injection molding machine production industry is mostly single production,and the production mode of many varieties and small batch tends to be complicated.The traditional production plan management mode has been unable to meet the requirements of enterprise production.It is very important to solve practical problems for the injection molding machine industry by using advanced intelligent means in combination with the industry's own rational use of enterprise resource planning(ERP),manufacturing execution system(MES)and other management information software.Therefore,in view of the current situation of the production planning module in the injection molding machine industry,this paper studies the upstream sales forecast and the downstream plan tracking of the business related to the production plan,comprehensively considers various factors,and establishes a mixed planning decision-making system to solve the problems related to the production plan of the enterprise.First of all,the theory of sales forecast and production plan is introduced,and the production operation process of injection molding machine industry is introduced,and its problems are introduced and analyzed.This paper analyzes the relationship and conflict between sales forecast and production plan,and introduces the application and shortage of ERP and MES in the industry.Combined with the production characteristics of injection molding machine industry,according to the traditional theory,lean management ideas,modern optimization methods,management systems and other theories and technologies,a mixed planning and decision-making system for multi variety and small batch injection molding machine industry is constructed.In view of the problem that the purchase plan error of long-term materials affected by the sales forecast is too large,a sales forecast model of injection molding machine based on long-term materials is proposed.A two-dimensional decision table composed of sales data and influencing factors is constructed.The two-dimensional data reduction of the two-dimensional decision table is carried out by using grey correlation analysis and rough set attribute reduction.The convergence speed and prediction accuracy of BP neural network are improved by adding momentum term and adjusting error function.The historical data of a certain injection molding machine company is used for example simulation.In order to avoid the problems of low efficiency,wrong arrangement,incomplete materials and production stop caused by lack of materials,batch production scheduling is carried out for scattered orders of injection molding machine.Based on the analysis of complete set,this paper puts forward the model of complete set master plan assembly and production scheduling,and analyzes the complete set of key materials that affect the production.The improved roulette genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem by combining the delay penalty constraint,the early production constraint and the planning balance constraint.By modifying the cross critical formula and mutation probability,the algorithm is improved to improve the convergence speed of the algorithm,so as to solve the production planning and scheduling model.The production plan of an injection molding machine company is analyzed as an example.Finally,aiming at the problems of fuzzy production control and low level of planning control in the production planning system layer of injection molding machine industry,an ERP based planning control auxiliary system is designed and implemented,which includes basic data management,sales forecast management,production planning management,production management,planning statistical report and other system functions.The system provides a unified production planning and related departments The management platform improves the decision-making efficiency and management intelligence of the enterprise.
