As one of the eternal topics of human beings,there are many topics worthy of research and discussion,and the labor process is one of them.Corresponding in-depth research on labor processes will not only help us to investigate specific labor fields or labor forms,and then reveal their appearance,it will also help us understand the nature of labor and the essence of labor processes.This article is a field study of the labor process of clothing supermarket employees.By entering the clothing "field" of clothing supermarkets,they can participate in observing the labor process of employees,and conduct in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys of employees to try to explain and explain how the supermarket's control over employees' labor processes affects and shapes What are the actions of employees and how do they respond to them?Through participation observation and in-depth interviews with supermarket employees in the M clothing supermarket's labor "field",as well as manufacturing consent during the labor process of supermarket employees:unified employee awareness,discipline operation:shaping employee behavior,employee response:subjectivity Detailed analysis and analysis of specific links and processes.The study found that in the supermarket's control of employees' labor process,there is a model similar to the "rush game".Based on the goals and tasks set by the supermarket,the supermarket creates consent among employees through performance evaluation,and strengthens employees'recognition of a series of game rules formulated by class competition.In order to be able to influence and shape the behavior of employees,the supermarket has formed a system of discipline operations in practice to shape the behavior of employees and strengthen consensus production.Under the influence of strict management of rewards and punishments in parallel,intensive training to control employees' physical and mental control,power distribution co-existing with authoritarian identification,and embedded human loyalty regulation,employees are increasingly embedded in the discipline operation of supermarkets.Increasingly,it is deeply embedded in the supermarket's control over employees' labor processes.Of course,employees are not unresponsive in the course of their labors,nor have they given up their active resistance.In the actual situation,employees also respond to the measures and measures of the supermarket,and their subjectivity can be brought into play in this process.Through dialogues with supermarkets,employees build a collective consciousness internally and manage the relationship with customers.They are fighting their subjectivity,and their struggles are flexible as a whole.Such protests not only make employees more actively participate in the discipline operation of supermarkets,but also make employees deeply embedded in the supermarket's control over their labor processes.Under the influence of the supermarket's control and employees' resistance,the related labor process presents a complex and diverse ecology.This labor process ecology or the appearance of labor process is not only different from the factory system characterized by "hegemony" and "authoritarianism" described by Burawoy,but also different from simple emotional labor.It is an aggregate unit that integrates identity,autocracy,and emotional labor,and undergoes fusion in the practice of the corresponding labor process.
