Since the planned economy has gradually stepped out of the field of rural market,agricultural products have gradually developed from passive sales to sales and active procurement.Farmers,middlemen,and agricultural product purchasers have gradually formed a stable and orderly trading framework in the interaction of agricultural products sales and procurement.This paper takes Shandong Province town of J apple fruit sales as a case,using Bourdieu's field theory,analysis of the interaction of competition between whole fruit sales process and various actors from the micro perspective,put forward the concept of "sales chain",and how it formed,how it works and its development case study.At the same time,it elaborates the location relationship of various actors in the sales area.The production and sale situation of fruit growers in the field is analyzed.The research shows that fruit growers are at the bottom of the sales chain,but the main players in the agricultural product sales chain under the selling field is a competitive relationship,but they also cooperate with each other to compromise.On the other hand,farmers,intermediaries,fruit acquisition merchants in order to make themselves obtain greater benefits in the practice of sales field also have formed their own matching habitus.In the sales chain formed in the practice of sales field,the position between the participants is not static.As a downstream sales chain,fruit growers are unwilling to be inferior to their own position.They do all sorts of attempts in practice.
