Research On The Problems Of Warehouse Management Of RHL Company

With the rapid development of information technology and global economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.As an important part of the enterprise management system,the high-quality development of warehousing management is an important guarantee to improve the overall management level and operation efficiency of the enterprise and to maximize the economic benefits of the enterprise.Therefore,in order to better promote and improve the warehousing management,in order to promote the healthy development of China's logistics and storage enterprises,we must attach great importance to the development needs and future situation of storage management.Taking RHL company as the research object,this paper first summarizes the advanced ideas,management methods and achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of warehousing industry,which densificates a solid theoretical basis for the study of this article.Then through the field survey and questionnaire survey,from the management process,location layout,equipment effciency,personnel quality,information application and other five aspects,the problems existing in the warehouse management of RHL company are systematically described and analyzed.Finally,this article utilizes the methods of integrating theory with practice,quantitative analysis and other methods to improve the above problems:First,improve the warehousing management process,adjust the storage location with EIQ-ABC analysis method,and improve the equipment utilization efficiency to improve the storage capacity and work efficiency.Second,in the construction of the warehousing talent team,build the staff training system to stimulate the innovation of employees.Third,in the aspect of warehousing information,we have improved the function module of ERP system,upgraded the integrated platform of warehousing measurement,and realized data resource sharing services,so as to improve the management efficiency,reduce the warehousing cost of enterprises,and promote the steady and healthy development of the company.The research on warehouse management of RHL company in this paper will help the company to improve the level of warehouse management,and also provide some reference for similar enterprises in the same industry to solve the problems of warehouse management.
