Q company is a competitive imported mother and baby brand retailer in China.It was established in August 2014.Although the company was established not long ago,its development momentum was swift and violent.Its business model is online+offline.At present,the company has more than 300 offline stores,covering more than 200 cities across the country.There is a warehouse in Zhenjiang,Jiangsu,which is responsible for delivery to all stores.With the expansion of stores and the increase in sales volume,the existing warehouses can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development,so enterprises need to add new warehouses to meet their development,and how to choose reasonable warehouse location is a problem that the company need to face.In order to solve the above problems,after clarifying the problem,based on the current situation of the enterprise,this paper establishes a mathematical model and solves the method to determine the reasonable location,quantity and service scope of new warehouse.The specific approach is to first introduce the current situation of Q company,use the time series method to predict the demand of each store in 2022,and analyze the problems faced by the company and the necessity of site selection.The location of new warehouses is a very important part of enterprise decision-making.The rationality of site selection is the key factor for the realization of the company's future development strategy.Before establishing the model,this paper comprehensively considers the principle of Q company warehouse location and the factors that need to be considered,combined with K-means cluster analysis method,comprehensively analyzes the clustered stores,and finally determines seven candidate points.Then,based on the requirements and constraints of the establishment of the warehouse,the multi-objective location model of the function is set up with the objective of minimizing the cost of logistics and maximizing the service level,in which the cost of logistics is composed of transportation cost,storage cost,variable cost and loss cost.According to the characteristics of the two-objective model,the model is solved by using the power factor method.The warehouse location,quantity and service stores of the three schemes are determined respectively by writing code.Since it is impossible to meet both the logistics cost minimization and the service level maximization at the same time,the final suitable solution is selected based on the balance of the two schemes.Finally,in order to prove the rationality of the new scheme,this paper analyzes from the aspects of logistics cost,service reliability and cargo loss rate.This paper contains 16 graphs,30 charts and 49 references.
