| With the rapid development of social economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,and the profit space is getting smaller and smaller,so enterprises need to seek various ways to improve their competitiveness.In this case,logistics has become the "third profit source" for enterprises,and warehousing is one of the important components of logistics.By optimizing the warehouse layout,the operation efficiency and production efficiency of the warehouse can be effectively improved,and the logistics cost and energy consumption can be reduced.As an important part of clothing enterprises,the internal operation efficiency of finished product warehouse directly affects the logistics cost of enterprises,and then affects the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Therefore,scientific and reasonable layout and operation process optimization of the finished product warehouse can effectively shorten the handling distance,reduce repeated operations,and improve the overall operation efficiency of the finished product warehouse.This paper chooses the finished product warehouse of Y Company as the research object.In this paper,the background and significance of this study are first introduced,and the research results in warehouse layout planning at home and abroad are reviewed.Then,the present situation of Y company’s finished product warehouse is introduced and analyzed,and it is found that there are some problems such as operation efficiency,circuitous route and forklift utilization rate.Then,this paper uses SLP method,combined with the relevant data of the finished product warehouse,analyzes the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship of the flowing quantity of goods,and then re-divides the functional area of the finished product warehouse,and puts forward two new schemes: Scheme 1 and Scheme 2.Finally,based on the simulation results of Flexsim simulation software,the original layout and two optimized layout schemes are compared according to the logistics output,handling distance,forklift working state and finished product warehouse working time.It is found that the two optimization schemes are superior to the original scheme.Scheme 2 is superior to scheme 2 in total handling distance,forklift transportation distance and running time.Therefore,the final optimized layout scheme is Scheme 2.This layout scheme can effectively reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the operation efficiency of finished product warehouse.According to the simulation results,the research in this paper can improve the transportation distance of the finished product warehouse,shorten the operation time,optimize and improve the operation efficiency,solve the practical problems faced by Y enterprise in the finished product warehouse,improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise,and also provide solutions for the layout planning of similar enterprises. |
