Research On The Interactive Development Of Manufacturing Industry And Producer Service Industry

“The Twelfth Five-Year” is the a crucial period of the transformation andupgrading of Chinas economic development, it requires reform and opening up as adriving force, the efforts to enhance the capability of independent innovation,transform and upgrade the traditional industries, nurturing and growing the strategicemerging industries, and constantly enhance the core competitiveness of industriesand sustainable development capacity. The development and growth of the servicesector and the role of its leading and promotion to the transformation of economicdevelopment has also been mentioned in an important position, as the backbone of oureconomy, the manufacturing sector to the development of advanced field is animportant part, but at the same time, it needs to avoid and disengage in the low end ofthe value chain, high energy consumption, low value-added deficiencies and hazards.The "service economy" is the21st century-oriented economic model, low-cost,high-value-added, just to make up to manufacturing defects. In recent years, themanufacturing and service industries, especially the producer services has interactedincreasingly close, In the future, achieving the integration of the development of themanufacturing and producer services is an important path to promote the adjustmentof Chinas industrial structure.Based on this background, this paper, on the basis of summing up the results of previous studies, rationalize the concept of producer services and mechanism of thedevelopment of the relationship between manufacturing and producer services,thenanalysis the current situation and problems of interactive development betweenmanufacturing and producer services, and the necessity and inevitability betweenthem. The paper uses the input-output method and Granger analysis for quantitativeanalysis to prove this trend, Concluded: manufacturing and producer services showedthe long interdependent and mutually reinforcing relationship, but there is still muchroom for development of producer services and manufacturing interactive in thefuture, for some producer services is more sensitive to the development ofmanufacturing sector, these can have priority to the development of selective, in orderto speed up the integration of manufacturing and producer services. Comparing withthe international developments, On this basis from Chinas actual conditions, and putforward some policy recommendations.
