Several writings have theoretically shown the role of agriculture in the economic development of developing countries,but in this case we will focus on the impact of import and export of agricultural products on economic growth.of Niger.This thesis is also interested in this field and its main objective is to study the contribution of the import and export of agricultural products to Niger's economic growth.It also analyzes the interaction between the agricultural sector and other sectors of the economy of the countries namely,the sectors of industry and services,education,GDP and investment that the government makes in the different sectors.of development.Indeed,any country that aspires to develop must first achieve food self-sufficiency,that is to say,produce in quantity and quality to satisfy the food demand of the population,then comes the development in the different social sectors.basic education,without education a country can not have strong institutions to begin its development,the health factor determining the survival of a people,the State must ensure adequate care and in the best conditions,industry must To be created to be able to produce and satisfy the needs of the population and provide them with the necessary services,then comes the investment that the government must make in the strategic sector that is likely to bring about change and progress in the country.The first part of our research is a presentation of Niger,that is to say its geographical situation the neighboring countries,its area,its climate,its hydrographic network,but also its mineral resources,the Niger sub-soil is full of many resources including uranium,oil,coal,gold,this part tells the story of all the potential of Niger and the advantage that the country has.The second part is a review of the literature of different writings on the importance of agriculture in a nation,but also the thoughts of many eminent author and scientists who have spent their lives doing research on economic growth since the industrial revolution,namely the different challenges that nations have been able to meet to start their development.The third part concerns the collection of agricultural data,that is to say imports and exports,but also the economic data needed to complete the research in the field of economic growth.The fourth part deals with the regression analysis and its interpretation in order to draw conclusions about this research,but also to make recommendations that may be useful if needed in the near future.
