In the 21st century,with the continuous improvement of the national economy and education for all,higher requirements have also been put on the tourism industry.The"13th Five-Year Plan for Tourism Development" requires "innovation of ideas to promote tourism to a new level" and for the first time integrate innovative elements into the traditional tourism industry.The "Tourism Act" implemented on October 1,2013 hampered the existence of the Sinking Chronicles in the tourism industry,and also broke the inherent mode of operation of the industry companies.From the perspective of marketing,this article analyzes the actual situation of the tourism and CCT companies and believes that CCT should innovate in marketing methods,implement customized marketing to meet changes in tourists' needs,adapt to changes in tourists' behaviors,and pay attention to the value experience of tourists.This article first introduced the research background and clarified the significance of the research.Then it introduced the theoretical basis of the study,collated and summarized the literature related to the research topics of the paper,and then reviewed the CCT company's tourism industry.Industry background,and PEST analysis of tourism industry,proposed the future development trend of tourism;then briefly introduced the CCT company,SWOT analysis of CCT company,combined with SWOT analysis results and the company's current marketing situation to implement the CCT company customization The necessity of marketing was analyzed;then proceeding from the implementation of the main purpose of custom marketing,market segmentation and target market positioning,from the four aspects of product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,CCT customized marketing strategy in detail The analysis provides help for the CCT company to carry out customized marketing.Finally,it provides specific protection measures for CCT's customized marketing from the aspects of service quality and cost control.The research in this article will help enrich the application of custom marketing theory in tourism,enhance the marketing level of tourism companies,and provide reference for CCT and similar companies to conduct customized marketing.
