Headhunting industry is a hot industry nowadays.With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for talents is becoming more and more vigorous.High-quality and cutting-edge talents have become the core factor in the development of the industry.Therefore,the headhunting industry as a provider of high-end talents is developing vigorously.As a new industry,the high-quality talents in the headhunting industry are also in short supply.How to recruit,train and manage the headhunting consultants is the primary problem in the development of the industry.This paper analyzes the competency model of headhunting consultants in a headhunting company,interviews with top consultants,and conducts coding research using grounded theory,and qualitatively analyzes the factors that affect the competency of headhunting consultants in a headhunting company.Based on the analysis and summary of the competency influencing factors of the top performers,the competency model for headhunting consultants of a headhunting company is established,and the concepts of 13 competency influencing factors are defined.At the same time,for the competency model of the study,we use the method of random investigation to carry out the initial verification,and observe the performance of the competency influencing factors of the top performers in the headhunting consultants of the random investigation,so as to judge the authenticity and accuracy of the competency influencing factors.Secondly,we use 30 million consultants to conduct a second verification,and analyze how the competency influencing factors of the top performers are presented among the top performers.In addition,this paper also studies the application of headhunting consultant competency model of a headhunting company to its business management,mainly analyzes how to use the competency model of headhunting consultant to assist a headhunting company in recruiting more potential headhunting consultants,how to reasonably establish a training system,so that it can help headhunting consultants to better improve the competency matching degree,and how to meet the needs of competency Seek to manage performance and improve performance.To sum up,based on the in-depth study of headhunting consultants of a headhunting company,this paper establishes the competency model of headhunting consultants of a headhunting company,and makes a detailed analysis of the application of the competency model to help headhunting consultants of a headhunting company improve their performance and promote the development of the overall performance of a headhunting company.
