With the wave of financial reforms,both the development of internet finance and the progress of the integration of Yangtze River Delta have brought opportunities and challenges to China's traditional commercial bank marketing strategies for public business.Commercial bank urgently need to optimize the current extensive business marketing and management models are not only of great significance for banks to improve their market competitiveness and maximize profits,but also a reflection on commercial banks'coordination with regional economic development trends and their impact on economic structural adjustment.Based on the macro environment of Suzhou and the competition and marketing environment of commercial banks in the public business industry,JT bank Suzhou branch presents a weak foundation for corporate customers,weak growth in corporate deposits,insufficient reserves for corporate quality projects,and key non-intereest business products for corporate inadequate development.Compared with the economic policies of Suzhou and the current market positioning of branches,branches should shift their target customers to medium-sized enterprises,grasp the timing of integrated consumption in the Yangtze River Delta,explore fintech product markets,and focus on the potential customer base of physical enterprises.Finally,it summarizes the marketing strategies and marketing strategy safeguard measures in key target markets,and provides a regerence for JT Bank Suzhou Branch to continuously improve its overall competitiveness.
