A Tentative Study On The Construction Of "South China Sea" With Sanya As The Strategic Fulcrum

With the development of modern economy,the rise of Marine economy has become the common vision of developing island economy.With the acceleration of economic globalization and regional integration,regional tourism cooperation shows infinite development potential.In this context,the strategic concept of regional tourism cooperation in the south China sea came into being.The construction of the "south China sea " is not only the need of China’s good-neighborly diplomacy and "going global" strategy,but also the need of deepening the development of China’s border with the south China sea.Countries in the south China sea region mainly include China,the Philippines,Malaysia,brunei,Indonesia,Singapore,Thailand,Cambodia,Vietnam and other eight asean member states,making international tourism cooperation in the region inevitable.The construction idea of "south China sea " with sanya as the strategic fulcrum can strongly promote the theoretical discussion on the correlation of tourism economic cooperation development,national geopolitical pattern and geo-economic interests in neighboring countries or regions of the south China sea,which has important practical significance and feasibility.In this paper,with the aid of regional development theory and other related theory,through on the above development both at home and abroad for reference international experience,for the construction of "above" the south China sea international related concept,historical background and significance,and for the construction of "above" the south China sea international has carried on the SWOT analysis,pointed out that great sanya both in terms of location,resources,policy,has built the feasibility of "above" the south China sea international.This thesis text is divided into five parts:the first part is theoretical basis of related concepts,define the scope of basic in sanya and the south China sea area,and define the basic concept of "above" the south China sea international,regional economic development theory related knowledge,for strategic fulcrum is big sanya to build "above" the south China sea international theory basis.The second part elaborates on the historical background of "south China sea ",summarizes the significance of constructing "south China sea ",carries out SWOT analysis on the construction of "south China sea ",and points out the value of constructing "south China sea".The third part is to conceive the construction framework of "south China sea ".Plan out the possibility of building the "south China sea " with sanya as the strategic fulcrum.The fourth part is to study the basic strategy of constructing "south China sea",which provides strategic thoughts for the further realization of constructing "south China sea " with big sanya as the strategic fulcrum.The fifth part is the analysis of the benefits of constructing the "south China sea " and the prospect of the long-term goal.In the hope of making some contributions to the study of regional tourism development in the south China sea.
