The Effect Of Relational Embeddedness On Supply Chain Flexibility

With the intensification of demand personalization and division of labor specialization,the relationship between enterprises has gradually changed from loose competition to cooperative win-win or multi-win relationship,and the inter-enterprise cooperation in supply chain form has become a new research topic.The fierce market competition and the rapid and changeable market demand make the enterprise face the pressure of constantly shortening the delivery time,improving the quality,reducing the cost and improving the service,forcing suppliers,manufacturers,distributors and retailers to move from dispersion to cooperation.How to realize supply chain cooperation and improve supply chain flexibility has become the focus of supply chain management research from the perspective of relationship.Taking the relational embeddedness as the entry point,this paper discusses the internal mechanism of relational embeddedness through supply chain collaboration to affect supply chain flexibility,and the influence of supply chain collaboration on supply chain flexibility under different environments.This study uses literature combing,theoretical research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to discuss and define variables on the basis of a theoretical review of relational embeddedness,supply chain collaboration,supply chain flexibility and environmental uncertainty,and puts forward research assumptions and theoretical models.Based on 251 valid questionnaires collected from different industries,the municipal relationships among relational embeddedness,supply chain collaboration,supply chain flexibility and environmental uncertainty were studied by statistical methods such as regression analysis.The results show that inter-firm trust,information sharing and joint-solve problem have a positive effect on supply chain flexibility through supply chain collaboration,and environmental uncertainty plays a negative role in regulating supply chain collaboration and supply chain flexibility.In addition,this paper combines theoretical knowledge and practical background to explore the empirical results.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which is composed of research background and significance,research content,research methods and technical routes,and research innovation points.The second chapter is a theoretical review,which provides the basis for the subsequent model construction and empirical results analysis by combing the related theories of relational embeddedness,supply chain flexibility,supply chain collaboration and environmental uncertainty.The third chapter is the research design of relational embeddedness on supply chain flexibility,which is mainly composed of model construction of relational embeddedness on supply chain flexibility,and puts forward research hypotheses and theoretical models on the basis of variable definition,and variable measurement.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of relational embeddedness on supply chain flexibility.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research,from the full text content,on the basis of the research results put forward further cognition,and from many aspects to improve the supply chain flexibility of the proposed countermeasures,in addition,this paper also elaborated the research limitations and future prospects.
