The rapid development of the Internet makes the business environment of enterprises more dynamic and uncertain.In order to adapt to the market change,enterprises are changing their business mode.Many enterprises start to practice a new mode——internal platform,so as to make the organizational mode adapt to the change of business mode.At present,the enterprise competition is increasingly fierce,the organization is increasingly flat and decentralized,and the organization is constantly delegating power.Will such changes in the environment affect the employees to actively reshape their work? At present,there are a lot of researches on how to stimulate employees' work remodeling,but the cross-level influence of the integration of internal platform enterprise on employees' work remodeling is of great research value.Therefore,based on the theory of cognitive evaluation(environment? psychology?work performance),this paper expounds the composition and structure of business entity integration from the general process of scale construction.In addition,psychological authorization is introduced as an intermediary to investigate the influence of five dimensions(team decentralization,team activation,team collaboration,platform support and contract consensus)that constitute the integration of business entities on the work remodeling.This paper also explores whether the psychological authorization of employees at different career stages has different influence on job remodeling,so as to discuss the cross-level influence of business entity integration on the job remodeling of employees and its mechanism.Based on the grounded theory,the dimension and scale of business entity integration are constructed by qualitative method,The research hypothesis of this paper is verified by quantitative method.It is found that the five dimensions of business entity integration are positively correlated with the work remodeling of employees.Self-efficacy(work meaning,self-efficacy,work impact,autonomy)partially mediates the role of business entity integration(team decentralization,team activation,team collaboration,platform support,contract consensus)on employees' work remodeling.However,career stage has no moderating effect on the relationship between psychological authorization and job remodeling.This paper constructs the management integration scale,and reveals the function mechanism of management integration on the remolding of employees' work,and expands and deepens the research level and theoretical system of management integration.In practice,it provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to adapt to the changes of operating modes in the Internet era and managers to improve the remolding of employees' work through the integration of operating entities.
