Nowadays, as global competition aggravating, degree of information deepening, social system changing, enterprises are facing a constantly changing business environment. Enterprises with the hope to survive in this economic environment, must make transformation to cope with future competition, that is to amend the traditional management techniques, to enhance their operations and management level,to maximize the skills of employees, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, to attract and retain employees who ultimately contribute to the development of enterprises.How can enterprises attract and retain employees? The practices of authorized management prove that effective management can improve organizational performance and organizational innovation. So it has become the focus of current organizations that how to share a valid license with staff in order to improve employee satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior and other positive behavior effects which could reduce the dissatisfaction, leave, quit, and other negative behaviors.This thesis is an empirical research on the relationship among psychological empowerment, authorization atmosphere and job involvement.The author propose assumptions on the basis of the literature study, use the way of questionnaire through paper and electronic versions. A total of202employees in30enterprises and institutions conducted in the questionnaire survey, and finally obtained163valid questionnaires, all tester completed three tables about authorized atmosphere, psychological empowerment and job involvement.Using the SPSS software to analyze data collected to prove the assumption.First of all, analysis descriptively and statistically on vector tables.Then,test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire by reliability analysis and factor analysis. Finally, make the correlation analysis and regression analysis on the relationship between variables.The conclusions of this study:there exist significant positive correlation between every two of the authorize atmosphere, the psychological empowerment and the job involvement, and there are pairwise correlation between each dimension of variables.And there is a significant positive correlation among the three of the meaning of psychological empowerment, the information sharing of authorized atmosphere and the autonomy within a certain range of dimensions.The meaning of psychological empowerment have a strong relationship with the dedication and dynamic of job involvement. It indicating that the more the members realize the meaning of work the higher they work with vitality and dedicate to the job. This study also discussed the internal role psychological empowerment plays, the findings suggest that psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role between authorization atmosphere and job involvement, which means the impact mechanism between empowers atmosphere and job involvement can be achieved through the role of psychological empowerment.
