With the acceleration of the pace of modern life and the increase of work pressure,more and more people tend to choose natural tourist destinations with beautiful scenery,rich humanities and slow rhythms to reduce the pressure of daily life and work.With its unique style,suitable price and warm atm osphere,the homestay has become the first choice for people,especially young people in the city.This article focuses on the homestays in tourist destinations.First,it collated relevant literature and research results on the service scene of the homestay,accommodation experience,customer involvement,willingness to stay again,and the relationship between the four.Then,based on the literature review and related background research,the specific content of the elements of the homestay service scene is determined,and a relationship model of the influence of the homestay service scene on the customer's willingness to stay again is established.The empirical research paradigm was used to collect and analyze data through questionnaire surveys.Taking the guesthouse customers as research objects,the service scene,accommodation experience,customer involvement,willingness to stay again,and the relationship between the four were studied.The study targeted visitors from Xiamen Gulangyu Island and Zeng Jun,and collected a total of 480 valid questionnaires.The study finds that:(1)The six dimensions of the homestay service scene all positively affect customers' willingness to stay again,with the degree of impact from large to small:external environment,security and privacy,internal environment,staff service,atmosphere creation,and other customers(2)The six dimensions of the B & B service scene all positively affect the customer's accommodation experience,and the degree of impact is from large to small: security and privacy,external environment,internal environment,service staff,other customers and at mosphere creation(3)Accommodation experience in the B&B service Scenarios play an intermediary role in the effect of customers' willingness to stay overnight;(4)The influence of customers' involvement in positively adjusting the bed and breakfast service scene;(5)The influence of customers' involvement in positively adjusting the bed and breakfast service scene on the accommodation experience.Based on the above research,this article provides a few suggestions for homestay practitioners:(1)make full use of the geographical and natural environment to create distinctive style designs;(2)perfect the internal environment to provide a refined and comfortable staying experience;(3)provide humanities Caring to create a comfortable and comfortable atmosphere of the residence;(4)Pay attention to customer characteristics and provide personalized services in a targeted manner.
