Research On Financial Risk And Its Control Under Diversified Strategy

The management and control of financial risk has always been an eternal topic for enterprises to discuss,especially after the 2008 economic crisis,the world economic environment has undergone major changes,and a large number of enterprises have fallen into financial crisis and even went bankrupt.This also leads enterprises to pay more attention to financial risk control and control measures.It has become the main goal of enterprise managers to timely discover financial risks and make corresponding early warning and prevention strategies so as to ensure the steady development of enterprises.Baofeng group is a hot Internet company in China in recent years.It started from Internet video business and decided to implement the diversified development strategy of "DT big entertainment" after it was listed in shenzhen stock exchange in 2015.However,in the past two years,due to poor business performance and repeated shrinking of diversified businesses,,and its internal operating and financial conditions are not optimistic.Based on the above considerations,this paper,based on the theory,aims to explore the financial risk and financial risk control of baofeng group.This paper firstly integrates the related literatures of diversification and financial risk,then lists the related concept description of this paper,and comprehensively discusses the basic theory of financial risk.Second,the above financial risk theory and method applied in the actual situation of the storm group,describes its development in recent years,from 2015 to 2018 annual report data as the basis,study the diversified factors,and to analyze its financial index,how to fall from the top to storm group,now in financial difficulties caused by their analysis conclusion are given.
