With the development of IT and the increasingly high level of consumer education,Chinese beauty companies will face new challenges and opportunities in the new market environment.In order to achieve development in the market,S Beauty Company must break the old marketing strategy and design the marketing strategy in line with the information age and the new market environment,which is of strategic significance to the development of the enterprise.This paper takes S Beauty Company as the research object,combing the data and literature,customer interviews,questionnaire survey,7Ps service marketing portfolio theory as the guidance,combined with the development of the beauty industry overview of S beauty company in-depth analysis.First,analyze the internal situation of S Beauty Company.Secondly,analyze the macro environment of the industry with PEST,analyze the competitive environment and consumer situation of S Beauty Company,and analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by S beauty company,as well as its own advantages and disadvantages with SWOT.Furthermore,it analyzes the problems existing in the current marketing strategy of S Beauty Company.On this basis,in combination with the actual situation of S beauty company,this paper comprehensively discusses the improvement of S beauty company's marketing strategy,and makes improvements in the aspects of product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,service process and tangible display,and finally formulates the marketing strategy in line with the development of the new market.Finally discuss S beauty company marketing strategy implementation and guarantee.Through the research and improvement of S beauty company's marketing strategy,scientific basis is provided for its development,which is conducive to the enterprise's management and development.It not only improves and optimizes the marketing strategy,but also establishes the concept of customer-oriented service marketing and improves the service consciousness of employees.
