In recent ten years,with the development of the corporate system and the change of the domestic economic situation,m&a has become a necessary choice and a key part of the development model of many enterprises.At present,the scale of mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises is constantly expanding,and enterprises from all walks of life are trying to carry out mergers and reorganizations by acquiring the equity or assets of other companies.The rapid development of the merger and acquisition market also explains why the study of merger and acquisition performance evaluation has become a hot topic among experts and scholars.In this paper,S hotel in S hotel group in the hotel industry conducts a performance evaluation study on the m & a case of R hotel.In 2015,S hotel started to acquire R hotel and completed the acquisition successfully in 2016.Prior to this,the net profit of S hotel was sluggish.S hotel tried to improve its industrial layout through the acquisition of R hotel and give play to the industrial synergies,so as to obtain high-quality property assets and hotel brand,so as to improve its profitability.Based on the m&a cases in the hotel industry,this paper USES the balanced scorecard theory(hereinafter referred to as BSC theory)to conduct performance evaluation.BSC theory creatively studies and makes strategic evaluation on the performance of mergers and acquisitions from four levels: finance,customers,internal operations,learning and growth.For the hotel industry as a service enterprise,its main economic source is customer consumption,so this paper introduces the evaluation tool of BSC for the first time in the performance evaluation,which can effectively avoid the one-sided evaluation focusing on finance and Ignore other effects.Through qualitative analysis,more targeted to make the development trend of each indicator and the effect to the company.Based on the fuzzy measurement situation in the conclusion,it is impossible to make an accurate judgment.This paper will construct the evaluation system based on BSC theory,assign value weight and comprehensive score for each index,and conduct quantitative analysis.Through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,accurate score and accurate level positioning are finally obtained,and it is concluded that m & a of S hotel and R hotel becomes a booster for the development of S hotel.
