At present,China’s dairy industry increasingly fierce competition in the macroeconomic slowdown in the context of slowdown,the dairy industry development is not optimistic.In order to better carry out enterprise development,industry mergers and acquisitions to optimize the enterprise structure,the development of the market good policy.The construction of the enterprise performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard perspective is to meet the needs of all aspects of the enterprise evaluation,test the current situation of business development at the same time,timely and reasonable development strategy for the enterprise.In the enterprise performance evaluation,timely and appropriate use of BSC evaluation system,not only to solve the traditional performance methods are too dependent on financial data,resulting in evaluation results are too biased and lagging behind the adverse effects.But also from the non-financial level,combined with corporate vision,deep grasp the focus of the problem,from the bottom of the enterprise found the problem,to solve the problem.Through timely feedback,and constantly amend the enterprise’s development strategy and the current major tasks to achieve the business development and growth of business objectives.Dairy industry as China’s "15" planning the development of important industries,Mengniu acquisition of Ashley case is typical and very important research significance for the future of China’s mergers and acquisitions and development have far-reaching impact.In view of this article,firstly,the purpose and significance of the research are clarified,and the performance evaluation and the balanced scorecard theory of enterprise M & A are deeply explored.Secondly,according to the specific case of Mengniu merger and acquisition of Ashley,the performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard is constructed,and the index is calculated based on the financial,customer,internal operation and learning growth.And then according to the gray correlation analysis method to calculate the known data,the results obtained for the specific analysis of Mengniu case.According to the analysis results,the author concluded that the acquisition of Mengniu completed the initial planning of enterprises,but the problem still can not be overlooked conclusions.The research of this topic also has the reference and reference significance to the domestic enterprise mergers and acquisitions.
